Registration for the 2018-2019 Chattahoochee County Pre-K school year will soon begin. The purpose of Georgia’s Pre-K Program is to prepare children for success in Kindergarten and later school years. Get your child started toward a great education with a free state-funded program! The program is open to all children who are four-years old on or before September 1, 2018.

Items required for registration:  

 Child's Birth Certificate 

 Child's Social Security Card 

 Proof of Residency

Proof of residency consists of one of the following documents:  Current Lease, Property Tax Notice, Mortgage Statement  Homeowner’s Insurance Bill, Utility bill (Electrical, Water, Gas, or Cable) listing the residence as the service address. P.O. Box numbers will not be accepted for addresses.

 Immunization Record, Form 3231 

 Ear, Eye, Dental & Nutrition), Form 3300

 Medicaid Card (If Applicable)

Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis beginning Monday, March 5th. We must have the COMPLETE application packet with the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS to reserve a spot.
