National Student Attendance Awareness Month

September is National Student Attendance Awareness Month!!!

The Truancy Intervention Project (TIP) partners with the Chattahoochee County School District, Cusseta-Chattahoochee Family Connection, local partners and the community to raise awareness about the importance of attending school.

A district wide poster contest has been lead by Art students seen here, Carley Pack, Josh McCain, and Asher Stephens. Their collaborative efforts have yielded the slogan, “A Missed Day Means A Missed Opportunity.”

If you’re interested in being a member of TIP, please contact the Chair, Mrs. Radcliffe at 706-989-1075 or District Social Worker, Mrs. Echols at 706-989-3678.
